Job Summary
Quality Technician at Hood Packaging Corporation responsible for assisting in planning, organizing and executing company-wide quality control; provide technical assistance to Manufacturing Plant operations in process improvement, cost reduction, safety enhancement, and efficiency; support SQF, GMP and product safety guidelines; implement and maintain Quality Management systems; conduct quality tests and document results; monitor production floor for discrepancies and assist in corrective actions and rework; assist with records and conformance demonstrations; coordinate RMAs and maintain internal complaint logs; support training of production staff and participate in team problem solving under guidance of Quality leadership.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or high school diploma/GED
- Quality and manufacturing experience helpful
