Job Summary
Lead Sales & Operations Planning processes in partnership with Sales and Operations teams to drive profitability and customer satisfaction. Prepare data for monthly S&OP meetings, facilitate forecasting collaborations with Sales and Product Development, and integrate customer forecasts with statistical models and supply variability. Collaborate with key accounts to optimize delivery visibility and identify supply-demand gaps to recommend mitigation strategies. Manage the aggregation of the demand plan across product areas, producing rolling 12-18 month estimates, while working closely with Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics to evaluate capacity and create action plans. Assist sales with business planning and communicate with management on new opportunities and operational improvements. Track performance metrics to identify process opportunities and ensure efficient cross-functional communication regarding trends and drivers.
