Job Summary
PR Executive supports the hotel’s brand communications, collaborating with the Hotel PR Manager, external agencies, and global HQ to ensure consistent, high-quality brand communications across channels. Responsibilities include media relations, press inquiries, interviews, and event coordination; planning and executing media events and brand activations; preparing PR reports; coordinating with hotel departments to ensure smooth PR initiatives; managing Instagram operations and content calendars for Tokyo, and assisting with photo/video shoots.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public relations, including social media management as part of broader PR responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience in media relations, content creation, and execution of PR campaigns
- Experience collaborating with external agencies and global headquarters is highly desirable
- Proficiency in image editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop)
- Good copywriting skills tailored to press releases and social media storytelling
- Fluency in English and Japanese
