Job Summary
Design AI operating models and governance frameworks to transition clients from pilot programs to enterprise-scale adoption, including Centre of Excellence architecture and lifecycle management. Define data ownership, stewardship policies, and quality frameworks using tools like Collibra and Alation to ensure regulatory compliance and trusted data at scale. Lead discovery workshops with C-level stakeholders to align on strategic priorities, translate ambiguity into actionable roadmaps, and manage budgeting and proposal responses for engagements.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 9 years of experience
- MBA from a tier 1 institute
- 3 – 5 years of Strategy Consulting experience at a consulting firm
- 2+ years of experience on projects showcasing skills across data governance, data policy, data stewardship, accountability frameworks, data quality, data profiling, data cleansing, DQ monitoring, master data management, MDM, golden record, data domain, reference data, entity resolution, metadata management, data catalog, data lineage, data observability, AI operating model, and org design
- Proven experience leading cross-functional discovery and design workshops, driving structured discussions to extract insights, align diverse stakeholders, and translate inputs into clear value propositions, recommendations, and actionable roadmaps
- At least 2+ years of experience designing solutions for these domains: Data Quality, Master Data (MDM), Metadata Management, and Data Catalog
- Experience in one or more technologies in the data governance space: Collibra, Alation, Talend, Informatica, SAP MDG, Stibo, Alteryx, or equivalent
- Experience in at least two MDM technologies — Informatica MDM, Reltio, SAP MDG, or equivalent
- Deep understanding of data supply chain and building value realisation frameworks for data transformations
- 2+ years of experience leading or managing teams effectively including planning/structuring analytical work, facilitating team workshops, and developing Data & Analytics strategy recommendations as well as developing POCs
- Knowledge of enterprise data architecture concepts through practical experience — Digital Core, Data Mesh, API-first, AI Centre of Excellence design
- Foundational understanding of data privacy (GDPR, DPDP, CCPA) and Responsible AI
- Strong understanding in any of the following industries preferred: Financial Services, Retail, Consumer Goods, Telecom, Life Sciences, Transportation, Automotive/Industrial, or equivalent
- CDMP Certification from DAMA
- Cloud Data & AI Practitioner Certifications (Azure, AWS, Google)
