Job Summary
Conduct structured AI opportunity assessments, including use case identification, value mapping, and industry benchmarking, to identify measurable client value. Perform data maturity and AI readiness reviews, covering infrastructure analysis and gap assessments to establish adoption foundations. Design enterprise-wide AI and data strategies, encompassing architecture, platform, and cloud designs to enable scalable solutions. Develop strategic roadmaps, build quantitative business cases, and lead executive stakeholder engagements to define fundable, board-level initiatives. Establish data governance frameworks, define ownership standards, and design operating models for multi-speed implementations. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial proposals for transformation engagements while leveraging deep industry expertise across Financial Services, Retail, Telecom, and Life Sciences.
Required Qualifications
- MBA from a tier 1 institute
- 5 – 7 years of Strategy Consulting experience at a consulting firm
- 3+ years of experience on projects showcasing skills across: AI use case identification, AI value diagnostic, data maturity assessment, AI readiness, AI opportunity assessment, data infrastructure review, gap analysis, AI foundation architecture, AI roadmap, business case development, and executive stakeholder engagement
- 3+ years of experience in designing end-to-end Enterprise AI & Data Strategic Solutions leveraging cloud and non-cloud platforms such as GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery), Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, Snowflake, Databricks, or Palantir
- Excellent understanding of Traditional AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Advanced Cognitive methods to derive insights and actions
- Deep understanding of data supply chain and building value realization frameworks for AI & Data transformations
- 3+ years of experience leading or managing teams effectively including planning/structuring analytical work, facilitating team workshops, and developing Data & AI strategy recommendations as well as developing POCs
- Experience in one or more technologies in the data governance space: Collibra, Talend, Informatica, SAP MDG, Alteryx, Alation, etc.
- Mandatory knowledge of IT & Enterprise architecture concepts through practical experience and knowledge of technology trends e.g. Cloud, API-first, Data Mesh, Digital Core
- Foundational understanding of data privacy and Responsible AI frameworks
- Demonstrate a fair understanding of data platform strategy for cloud migrations, big data technologies, large-scale data lakes, and DW-on-cloud solutions leveraging platforms such as GCP, Azure, AWS, Snowflake, or Databricks
- Use advanced presentation, public speaking, and content creation skills for C-level discussions
- Demonstrate strong understanding of a specific industry — Financial Services, Retail, Consumer Goods, Telecom, Life Sciences, or equivalent
- Have a deep understanding of Responsible AI frameworks and tools to engage clients in meaningful discussions and steer towards the right recommendations, including regulatory compliance and ethical AI considerations
- Manage budgeting and forecasting activities and build financial proposals for AI & Data transformation engagements

- Cloud AI/Data Practitioner Certifications (Azure, AWS, Google)
