Job Summary
Lead enterprise-wide AI and GenAI strategy for global clients, designing agentic workflows, multi-agent orchestration, and production-grade architectures using LLM platforms like Azure Copilot and Google Vertex AI. Conduct discovery workshops to identify high-value process hotspots via process mining, then guide scaled AI deployments covering MLOps, governance, and value realization frameworks. Formulate guiding principles for client technology landscapes, lead proof-of-concepts, and build quantitative business cases for AI transformation engagements while managing budgets and financial proposals.
Required Qualifications
- 14 to 20 years of experience
- MBA from a tier 1 institute
- 7 – 10 years of Strategy Consulting experience at a consulting firm
- 5+ years of experience in designing and building end-to-end Enterprise AI and GenAI strategic solutions using cloud and non-cloud platforms
- Excellent understanding of Traditional AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, and Advanced Cognitive methods
- Demonstrated ability to design agentic AI workflows, including LLM architecture, prompt engineering, workflow automation, and AI agent design for production environments
- 5+ years of experience writing business cases (quantitative and qualitative) to support strategic business initiatives or AI & Data transformation
- Good working knowledge in formulation of relevant guiding principles and platform components with expertise in Responsible AI frameworks
- 5+ years of experience leading or managing large teams effectively
- Deep understanding of data supply chain and how it enables AI productionisation and scaled deployment
- Mandatory knowledge of IT & Enterprise architecture concepts through practical experience — Cloud, API-first, RAG, MCP, agent orchestration, MLOps, observability
