Job Summary
Service and clean allocated rooms to the highest standards within allocated time while replenishing and controlling guest supplies. Anticipate and attend to guest needs immediately, greeting guests politely without overstepping boundaries. Report maintenance issues, unusual situations, and potential health and safety hazards to the supervisor instantly. Follow all housekeeping policies, procedures, and workplace health and safety guidelines set by the Executive Housekeeper. Maintain professional personal grooming and provide assistance to other departments when required. Attend monthly departmental meetings and complete training as directed.
Required Qualifications
- Has a full knowledge of, and practices all of the Hotel's established workplace health and safety guidelines (WH&S).
- Takes extreme care with personal grooming in order to maintain a consistently high level of professional appearance.
