Job Summary
Manage rental assets, vehicle PM standards, and location performance while driving revenue through inbound sales, outbound solicitation, and lead generation for rental, lease, and used vehicle sales. Handle the sales process for inbound calls, maintain accurate data within the marketing database, and reconcile customer concerns and disputes to grow a loyal customer base. Ensure alignment with company, local, state, and federal compliance requirements. Work onsite in Chicago, IL, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM as part of an 18–24 month accelerated leadership development program.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required business administration or similar related degree
- Must be computer literate intermediate required
- Ability to relocate in the region/US at the conclusion of the training program
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year or more customer service with issues resolution experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- High energy, self-motivated, self-directed person who is able to focus on multiple projects and activities simultaneously and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Possess a high degree of common sense and the aptitude to learn quickly
