Job Summary
Drive inbound and outbound sales calls to generate leads for rental, lease, and used vehicle sales while maintaining accurate data in the marketing database. Manage rental assets by enforcing vehicle PM standards, cleanliness protocols, and location performance metrics to meet market share goals. Reconcile customer concerns and disputes to grow a loyal customer base while ensuring full compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Over 18–24 months, gain hands-on training across finance, operations, human resources, and sales & marketing to build leadership expertise. This accelerated program prepares candidates for a management role within Ryder's fleet and transportation operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required business administration or similar related degree
- Must be computer literate – intermediate required
- Ability to relocate in the region/US at the conclusion of the training program
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year or more customer service with issues resolution experience preferred
