Job Summary
Process all received mail and freight by accurately inputting data into the computer database and performing daily reconciliations. Deliver backhaul shipments to post offices, carriers, or customers while assisting with aircraft loading, unloading, marshaling, and stage flight loads per manifest. Maintain ramp and storage areas, operate ground service equipment, and conduct daily maintenance and fluid checks on vehicles. Assist customers with shipping, receiving, or locating orders in person or via phone, and help repair facility needs. This active role requires standing, walking, and lifting over 70 pounds for up to 10 hours daily. A valid driver's license and clean record are required, with a ten-year background check needed for Anchorage, Nome, Kotzebue, and Bethel stations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a ten year security background check for airport badging
