Job Summary
RxARECARE Supervisor leads and coaches the RxARECARE team delivering patient onboarding, engagement, adherence programs, and quality services. Responsibilities include mentoring pharmacists, nurses, and technicians; coordinating daily operations and ensuring REMS program compliance; conducting team coaching and monthly call monitoring; participating in program implementation and leadership discussions; and overseeing staff performance evaluations. The role requires a Doctor of Pharmacy or pharmacy degree, active PA license, NABP Verify enrollment, and NABP Verified Pharmacist registration. Preferred experience includes 2+ years in a leadership role and 3+ years as a practicing pharmacist within specialty pharmacy. The work location is Pittsburgh, PA with hybrid on-site and remote options.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy or Pharmacy degree from an ACPE accredited institution
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacist licensure for the state of Pennsylvania
- Current enrollment in NABP Verify
- Registration with the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy as an NABP Verified Pharmacist; or willingness to obtain registration upon hire
