Job Summary
Intern will support scale-innovation trials from design to evaluation, assist trial leads with field coordination among farmers and stakeholders, carry out data collection and reporting, help prepare training materials and conduct surveys and field follow-ups, and contribute to research activities and learning; role requires willingness to travel, basic data recording skills, and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, plus fluency in Kinyarwanda and English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Animal Science, Rural Development, Agricultural Economics, or a related field
- Basic understanding of crop production, livestock production, or agricultural extension practices
- Strong interest in agricultural innovation, research, and farmer-focused development programs
- Attention to detail when recording data, tracking activities, and preparing reports
- Basic proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and digital data collection tools
- Willingness to travel frequently and work in rural field environments
- Proficiency in both Kinyarwanda and English
