Job Summary
Regional Vice President, West leads sales and operations for the West Region, driving aggressive new business development, revenue growth, and customer acquisition while overseeing regional P&L, cross-functional teams, and scalability of operations. Responsible for strategic go-to-market planning, pipeline development, customer engagement at senior levels, and ensuring profitability with data-driven decisions. Requires leadership across finance, operations, and sales functions, strong negotiation and strategic planning skills, and ability to travel across the region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 7–10 years of practical sales/business development experience in transportation/logistics, of which a minimum of 5 years is in a management or leadership role.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain preferred.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence in a regional or national capacity.
- Strong understanding of North American transportation and supply chain.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Intermediate Excel; CRM systems, business tools, and data analytics.
