Job Summary
Mentor, coach, and support direct reports while evaluating training needs and developing staff opportunities. Monitor clinical and operating metrics, ensure compliance with contracts and regulations, and manage staffing, licensure, and credentialing requirements. Develop, monitor, and report on clinical quality metrics and key performance indicators to optimize service delivery and cost-effectiveness. Analyze financial statements, create budgets and forecasts, and ensure labor, supply, and pharmacy costs meet financial objectives. Collaborate with corporate support functions and clients to maintain contract obligations, support recruitment, participate in business development, and serve as a backup to regional managers. This role oversees employee and talent management, executive-level client relationships, clinical quality, and regional P&L management for the delivery of high-quality medical and mental health services to inmates. NCCHC-CCHP certification required or in process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business Administration, or health related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in delivery and administration of multi-site management
- NCCHC-CCHP certification required or in process
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree preferred
- Experience in correctional medical, dental, and mental health care preferred
