Job Summary
Lead and coach a sales team of seven+ quota-carrying reps in the Canada (Ontario-based) region, driving enterprise sales initiatives, demand generation, and executive engagement. Develop and execute winning sales campaigns, provide reporting on activity and forecasting to senior management, recruit, hire and train direct reports, and collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners to ensure consistent processes. Engage with enterprise customers at the C-level, manage client concerns, and build required corporate relationships to support success. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and a proven track record of building strong sales teams with measurable results in Software/SaaS environments. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and strategic selling to accelerate growth within Salesforce’s Agentforce-enabled initiatives; Ontario-based base with a CAD salary range.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of sales leadership experience leading a team of seven or more quota-carrying sales people
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Experience in enterprise software/SaaS sales
- Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills
- Exposure to consultative selling and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with demand generation and sales campaigns
- Ability to engage with C-level executives
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in SaaS/Software/Infrastructure space
