Job Summary
Regional Sales Director responsible for leading retirement plan sales within the assigned region, with a focus on Midwest/Great Lakes markets. Build and manage a robust retirement plan sales pipeline, convert opportunities through prospecting and strategic outreach, and serve as a trusted advisor to financial advisors and strategic partners. Develop and manage partnerships with RIAs, Broker/Dealers, TPAs, payroll providers, banks, and other key partners; deliver product demonstrations and maintain expertise in retirement plan record-keeping, administration, and technology; guide hand-offs to implementation and client success teams; travel 50-70% to meet clients and prospects; drive revenue growth and achieve plan-sponsor revenue targets through relationship management and cross-functional collaboration. The role emphasizes relationship-building, strategic thinking, and a virtual sales approach within Vestwell’s platform and ecosystem.
