Job Summary
REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT (RVP), ENTERPRISE SALES leading and scaling the Enterprise Sales team in the West Region. Drive regional revenue attainment, coach Account Executives, and build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and execution. Ideal candidate has a strong track record in enterprise sales leadership, experience managing geographically distributed teams, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. Responsibilities include leading and developing a team of Enterprise Account Executives across the region, driving pipeline and revenue against targets, building strategic territory and account plans, collaborating with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership, establishing forecasting rigor, recruiting and retaining top enterprise sales talent, developing executive-level relationships with key customers, and providing accurate regional business insights to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise sales management experience in cybersecurity space
- Experience leading and scaling teams of 8+ quota-carrying enterprise sellers
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in enterprise or strategic sales environments
- Strong executive presence with experience selling into complex enterprise organizations
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop high-performing sales teams
