Job Summary
RVP of Enterprise Sales to lead H1's pharma/life sciences enterprise sales portfolio, driving new logo acquisition and retention/expansion across geographies and use cases. Lead and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives and Account Managers; build a repeatable sales process; partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Revenue Operations to drive pipeline, renewals, and revenue growth. Responsibilities include recruiting and coaching the team, executing a new-logo strategy for defined pharma accounts, managing renewals and expansion, ensuring customer health signals are monitored, identifying whitespace for upsell/cross-sell, providing deal guidance in complex cycles, representing the company at events, gathering market feedback to inform roadmaps, and supporting forecasting and territory planning.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience
- 4+ years in a sales leadership role
- experience selling data, SaaS, or intelligence platforms into life sciences (strongly preferred)
- deep familiarity with pharma/life sciences industry
- track record of building and scaling enterprise sales teams
- experience managing renewal cycles and expansion motions
- strong executive presence and ability to engage at the C-suite
- CRM hygiene and forecasting discipline
- located in East or Central time zone preferred
