Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and maintain RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and structural components. Perform warranty, customer-pay, and internal repairs while installing accessories and replacement parts. Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues, inspect vehicles for needed maintenance, and document all work accurately. Communicate repair status and concerns with Service Advisors, ensuring efficiency while adhering to manufacturer procedures and safety standards. Maintain an organized work area and follow company processes. Valid driver's license and RVTI certification are a plus.
