Job Summary
Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on RV systems and components while inspecting units to identify recommended fixes. Complete work efficiently, maintaining quality standards and communicating findings clearly with Service Advisors and Shop Foreman. Install accessories and components, ensuring adherence to manufacturer policies for warranty reimbursement. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while participating in manufacturer and company training programs. Deliver high-quality workmanship that creates exceptional customer experiences.
Required Qualifications
- RV, automotive, diesel, marine, or related mechanical experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Basic computer and communication skills
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude and willingness to continue learning
Desired Qualifications
- experience in areas such as electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, construction, appliance repair, or general handyman work
- RV experience
- skilled trades background
