Job Summary
Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance maintenance on RVs while tracking parts and materials used in repairs. Repair customer-approved trailers and ensure final work products meet quality standards. Team up with experienced technicians, communicate with departments regarding complex issues, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Pick up parts and supplies as needed while supporting the broader service team. This structured apprenticeship offers paid certification and a clear pathway to Master Technician or Service Manager roles within Blue Compass RV's expanding network.
Required Qualifications
- Some Technician experience in either Auto, Carpentry, Electrical, HVAC, Maintenance, Plumbing, etc.
- Trade School
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
