Job Summary
Diagnose and repair equipment, replace parts, and perform interior work and routine maintenance on trailers and motorhomes. Keep accurate records of all service work and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Provide exceptional customer service in a timely and efficient manner. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ Years of previous experience in a service technician role
- Knowledge of mechanical tools and equipment use
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
