Job Summary
Perform comprehensive diagnostic testing, repairs, and maintenance on RV electrical, appliance, carpentry, and plumbing systems. Install and upgrade accessories and components, obtaining work authorizations and factory approvals to ensure smooth operations and reimbursement. Deliver pre-delivery inspections with customer walk-through demonstrations while managing materials and equipment for efficiency. Work primarily in the service shop, handling heavy equipment and navigating tight spaces, with occasional exposure to loud noises, fumes, or chemicals. Operate on a 12-hour workday, working 3-4 days per week with 3 or 4 days off, supporting the service department 7 days a week. Requires 5+ years of RV service experience, ASE/RVIA certifications, and a valid driver's license.
