Job Summary
Perform comprehensive diagnostic testing, repairs, and maintenance on RVs, including electrical, appliance, carpentry, and plumbing systems. Install and upgrade accessories and components, then collaborate with the service department to obtain work authorizations and factory approvals for warranty repairs. Manage materials and equipment usage while delivering pre-delivery inspections with customer walk-through demonstrations. Operate in a service shop environment requiring extended standing, walking, and bending, with occasional lifting of heavy objects and exposure to fumes or chemicals. Work 12-hour days, 3–4 days per week, with a 7-day customer-focused schedule transitioning in 2024. Requires 5+ years of RV service experience, ASE/RVIA certifications as a plus, and a valid driver's license.
