Job Summary
Examine and diagnose RV problems, discuss repairs with service advisors, and communicate additional service requests. Provide labor time estimates, monitor repair time, and update the service advisor regularly. Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on RV care and operation while completing story and/or documentation for repairs. Attend company and factory training to build skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems. This entry-level to experienced role is part of an in-house apprenticeship program with competitive hourly compensation, bonuses, and a signing bonus available.
