Job Summary
Diagnose and repair RV electrical, plumbing, heating, and mechanical components; perform diagnostic evaluations and routine maintenance (oil changes, tire inspections, brake checks); test RVs to ensure safety and quality; maintain accurate service records; communicate repair needs to Service Writers and customers; stay updated with RV repair techniques; collaborate with team to ensure efficient operations and high-quality repairs; adhere to safety standards and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as an RV Service Technician or in a similar role preferred
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of RV systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and chassis
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in various physical conditions and environments
