Job Summary
Diagnose and Repair RV electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance systems; perform scheduled maintenance (oil changes, battery checks, tire/brake checks, sealant inspections); install RV accessories (hitches, slide toppers, awnings, backup cameras, satellite systems, furniture); track parts and materials and document diagnostics and repairs in work orders; communicate with service advisors/managers about job status and timing; ensure final product meets quality standards; keep work area clean and safe; participate in paid training and stay up-to-date with product knowledge. Training program highlights include hands-on technician training, fully paid certifications, web-based learning, and career advancement paths.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ Year of Experience in Mechanical, Maintenance, Repair, or Technical Repair (RV Experience a plus)
- Comfortable Using Hand/Power Tools and Working in Various Environmental Conditions
- Valid Driver’s License with Clean Driving Record
- Must Be Able to Lift up to 25 Lbs and Move up to 50 Lbs with Assistance
- Basic Hand/Shop Tools Required
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in mechanical, maintenance, repair, or technical repair
- HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or Related Trade Certification (preferred)
- RVTI or RVIA Certification (preferred)
- Experience with diagnostic software or systems used in RV maintenance (preferred)
- Valid Driver's License with Clean Driving Record
