Job Summary

RV Service Technician performs maintenance, repairs, and installations on company and customer vehicles with a focus on quality, efficiency, safety, and cleanliness. Training and certifications are 100% company-paid, including service-technician university and RVTI Level 1 certification, with potential growth to additional RVTI certifications and higher earnings through production incentives. Responsibilities include testing and diagnosing using diagnostic tools, installing equipment and accessories onto RVs, instructing customers on proper use, updating work orders in the system, safely transporting vehicles, supporting parts and warranty teams, live demonstrations of RV system functionality, and shop housekeeping. Requires the ability to read technical diagrams/blueprints, follow safety instructions, and work in a collaborative team environment. Qualifications include a high school diploma, basic hand/power tools experience, HVAC/building trades/automotive or mechanical experience, and RV1 certification within the first year.
