Job Summary
Perform comprehensive diagnostic testing, repairs, and maintenance on RVs, including electrical, appliance, carpentry, and plumbing systems. Install and upgrade accessories and components, collaborate with the service department for work authorizations and factory approvals, and manage materials and equipment usage. Deliver pre-delivery inspections with walk-through demonstrations. Operate in a service shop environment requiring extended standing, walking, and bending, with occasional lifting of heavy objects and exposure to loud noises, fumes, or chemicals. Requires 5+ years of RV service experience, ASE/RVIA certifications, and a valid driver's license. Schedule includes 12-hour days, 3-4 days per week, with 30 days of employment required for benefits.
