RV Service Advisor

RV Service Advisor responsible for owning the guest service experience from initial contact through final pickup; document repair requests, create and maintain repair orders, schedule service based on shop capacity and parts availability, communicate status to guests, coordinate with technicians, warranty, and management to drive repairs, ensure proper documentation and notes before closing orders, assist with warranty processing, notify customers on completion, and collect payment at pickup; must be professional, organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; familiarity with service systems and RV/warranty processes is helpful.
