RV Service Advisor

RV Service Advisor responsible for greeting customers, delivering outstanding service from vehicle check-in to release, and guiding customers through servicing and repairs. Translate customer-reported problems into actionable work orders for technicians, explain services performed, and keep customers informed throughout the service process. Maintain knowledge of new products/features, participate in required product training, and support repeat/referral business through a service follow-up system. Ensure work meets company quality standards, manage customer expectations to achieve a high CSI, and contribute to growth through goal-setting, budgeting, and marketing plans. Provide customer transportation as needed and perform any other duties as assigned.
