Job Summary
RV Service Advisor at Kunes Auto Group responsible for greeting customers and delivering excellent service from vehicle receipt to release; translate customer-reported problems into actionable work orders for technicians; explain services performed and keep customers informed; stay updated on new products/features; maintain a service follow-up system to promote repeat/referral business; ensure work meets quality standards; craft personal goals including an annual operating budget and marketing plan to promote new business; maintain a high CSI by promptly addressing customer concerns; perform customer transportation tasks as needed; assist with miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Strong focus on providing excellent customer service
- Basic knowledge of computer programs including word processing and database tools
- High school diploma or higher education
- Basic mathematics skills to prepare and process bills and customer payment
- Clean driving record & valid driver's license
- Driven personality, eager to improve and able to work within and support internal teams
