Job Summary
Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labour; and prepare repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, causes, and required repairs. Obtain customer approval on estimates and arrange towing or temporary transportation while maintaining accurate records of problems and corrective actions. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading manufacturers' publications. Work flexible hours including Saturdays within business hours. Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Minimum 1 - 2 years in a customer service role
- Valid G Drivers License
- Able to work flexible hours within our business hours including Saturdays
