Job Summary
Create and maintain relationships with customers while selling new and pre-owned RVs. Maintain a strong knowledge base of all new makes and models and complete required product training. Follow up on sales leads from phone, walk-ins, newspaper ads, and referrals. Attend trade shows and other events as needed. Manage a customer database in Salesforce. Perform ride-alongs with potential buyers and maintain a professional appearance. Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and climb in and out of vehicles. Valid driver's license required; CDL within 90 days. Commission-based role with unlimited earning potential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent follow-through skills
- Professional, responsible and customer oriented at all times
- Ability to maintain a CDL within 90 days of employment
- Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass post-offer background check, physical and drug screening
