Job Summary
Greet customers on delivery day and lead comprehensive walk-through orientations, demonstrating features like slide-outs, leveling systems, and hookups. Provide hands-on demos and assist clients in the Parts Store by recommending accessories, then coordinate their installation with the Prep or Service team. Work directly with the Sales Team to ensure every RV is spotless before handover, while documenting any service needs and explaining required paperwork. Help with light lot staging and remain a supportive resource for post-delivery questions. This customer-facing role blends technical knowledge with hospitality to ensure customers feel confident taking ownership of their new vehicle.
