Job Summary
Greet customers on delivery day and walk them through their RV inside and out, demonstrating features like slide-outs, leveling systems, awnings, and hookups. Work directly with the Prep Manager and Sales Team to ensure each vehicle is ready and spotless before handover. Assist customers in the Parts Store by recommending accessories and coordinate their installation with the Service team. Document any concerns or service needs immediately and ensure all paperwork, tags, and instructional materials are explained. Help with light staging of the RV or dealership lot as needed and serve as a resource for follow-up questions post-delivery. This role combines technical knowledge and customer service to create memorable, educational delivery experiences at Blue Compass RV's Fort Lauderdale location.
