Job Summary
As an RV Sales Delivery Guide, you’ll be the friendly, customer-facing expert responsible for creating a memorable, educational delivery experience for customers taking ownership of a brand-new RV. You will greet customers on delivery day, lead walk-through orientations, demonstrate RV features (slides, leveling systems, awnings, tanks, hookups), recommend must-have accessories, coordinate accessory installations with the Prep or Service team, ensure all paperwork and instructional materials are explained, and provide post-delivery follow-up support. The role combines technical knowledge, clear communication, and a passion for helping customers learn and explore, with a focus on making the delivery experience fun, relaxed, and non-intimidating.
Required Qualifications
- RV experience or ownership is a big plus
- Customer service or hospitality background preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to explain technical information in a simple and fun way
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to go the extra mile for an amazing customer experience
