Job Summary
Respond to inbound leads quickly and consistently while generating new business through phone outreach and social media engagement. Manage and track your pipeline using CRM tools, then build rapport to guide customers through product selection and purchasing decisions. Present solutions that align with customer needs, lifestyle, and budget, delivering an exceptional experience from first contact through post-sale follow-up. Drive repeat business and referrals to meet sales targets in a commission-based environment.
