Job Summary
Promote a top-notch customer experience by selling new and used RVs through effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations. Close sales effectively by collaborating with the F&I and Sales Management team while following up with a no-pressure, high-integrity approach. Secure a professional sales license and maintain valid driver's license to meet bondable requirements. Full-time associates earn between $50,000 and $150,000 annually, transitioning to a 100% commission plan after 30 days. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement. Camping World, America's largest RV retailer, operates locations in 42 states.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be bondable
- Must be able to secure a professional sales license (where required)
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
- Must be able to perform periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
