Job Summary
Promote a top-notch customer experience by selling new and used RVs through effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations. Close sales by collaborating closely with the F&I and Sales Management team, while following up with each customer using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach. Earn an annual compensation ranging from $50,000 to $150,000 plus a year-end sales volume bonus, with earnings determined by your drive and performance. This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and a professional sales license where required. As part of Camping World, America's largest RV retailer, you will join a national network of dealerships serving the RV lifestyle across 42 states.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be bondable
- Must be able to secure a professional sales license (where required)
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
- Must be able to perform periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
