Job Summary
Join Camping World as an RV Sales Associate to promote a high-quality customer experience in selling new and used RVs. Responsibilities include conducting effective demonstration rides, closing sales by collaborating with the F&I team, and maintaining a no-pressure approach with customers. Candidates must have a high school diploma, possess sales experience in relevant fields, and meet certain physical requirements. This position offers uncapped commission potential and additional year-end bonuses based on performance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license
- Valid driver's license required
- May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
- Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate preferred
- Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
