Job Summary
Keystone by Camping World is looking for a motivated RV Sales Associate to enhance the customer experience through effective demonstrations and closing sales. The job requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in related fields. Responsibilities include promoting high-quality customer service, conducting demonstration rides, and working closely with the F&I team. Candidates must have basic computer skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift weights with assistive devices.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Valid driver's license required
- May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
- Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate preferred
- Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
- Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license
