Job Summary
Promote a top-notch customer experience by selling new and used RVs through effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations. Close sales by collaborating closely with the F&I and Sales Management teams while maintaining a no-pressure, high-integrity approach with each client. This commission-based role offers uncapped earnings, with successful associates earning $50,000 to $150,000 annually plus year-end volume bonuses. Full-time associates enjoy a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, and paid parental leave.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required)
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
- Must be able to perform periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate
