Job Summary
Promote top-notch customer experiences by selling new and used RVs through effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations. Close sales effectively by collaborating closely with the F&I and Sales Management team, while following up with each customer using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach. Take the lead on driving business growth by leveraging your drive to work hard and make money. High school diploma required with 2+ years in sales preferred; must be bondable and hold a valid driver's license. Full-time associates earn $50,000 to $150,000 annually plus bonuses, while part-time roles offer access to dental and vision coverage. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be bondable
- Must be able to secure a professional sales license (where required)
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
- Must be able to perform periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
