Job Summary
Promote new and used RVs by conducting effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations to deliver a high-quality customer experience. Close sales by collaborating closely with the F&I and Sales Management team, while following up with each customer using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach. This role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of sales experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $150,000 annually, including bonuses, and benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage. Camping World, America's largest RV retailer, operates locations in 42 states.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be bondable
- Must be able to secure a professional sales license (where required)
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
- Must be able to perform periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
