Job Summary
Promote a top-notch customer experience by selling new and used RVs through effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations. Close sales effectively by collaborating with the F&I and Sales Management teams while maintaining a no-pressure, high-integrity approach with every customer. This role requires a high school diploma, two years of sales experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Full-time associates earn between $50,000 and $150,000 annually, transitioning to a 100% commission plan after 30 days. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be bondable
- Must be able to secure a professional sales license (where required)
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs

- Must be able to perform periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
