Job Summary
Sell new and used RVs following our door-to-deal sales process, partner with an industry-leading team to help customers find the right RV, perform product demonstrations, maintain strong RV model knowledge, collaborate with the F&I team to close sales, use a high-integrity, low-pressure approach, contribute ideas to meet/exceed sales goals, stay informed on market trends and dealership inventory, and participate in RV shows and events while offering an exceptional customer experience. Requires flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Training and advancement opportunities are provided within Lazydays/Campers Inn RV network.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to obtain a state sales license (if required)
