Job Summary
Sell new and used RVs following our door-to-deal sales process to deliver the highest quality customer experience. Demonstrate units, know product details, and collaborate with the F&I team to close sales. Remain informed about market trends and RV industry inventory; participate in RV Shows and location events as needed. Bring enthusiastic, strong communication with customers and colleagues, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends; multi-task in a fast-paced environment and provide superior customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record is required
- Must be able to obtain State Sales License if required by state regulations
- A minimum of one year of RV sales experience is preferred
