Job Summary
Respond to inbound leads quickly and consistently while generating new business through phone outreach and social media engagement. Manage and track your pipeline using CRM tools to present solutions that align with customer needs, lifestyle, and budget. Build rapport and guide customers through product selection and purchasing decisions, delivering an exceptional customer experience from first contact through post-sale follow-up. Drive repeat business, referrals, and long-term loyalty by maintaining accurate deal documentation and collaborating effectively with Sales Managers and F&I partners. Required Qualifications
- Willingness to work weekends
- Some positions may require a valid driver's license and a good driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred but not required
- Experience working in a commission-based pay structure
- Strong phone sales and customer engagement skills
- Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and follow-ups
- Comfort using social media as a sales and branding tool
