Job Summary
RV Sales Associate engages customers across online, phone, social media, and in-person channels to deliver a high-energy RV buying experience, guiding customers through product selection and purchasing decisions while maximizing earnings through a commission-based structure. Responsibilities include responding to inbound leads, generating new business via phone and social media, managing the sales pipeline with CRM tools, presenting tailored solutions, ensuring exceptional post-sale follow-up, and collaborating with Sales Managers and F&I partners to drive repeat business and referrals. The role requires strong product knowledge, customer engagement, deal documentation, and the ability to close sales in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Training provided, with a 5-day work week and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred but not required
- Experience working in a commission-based pay structure
- Strong phone sales and customer engagement skills
- Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and follow-ups
- Comfort using social media as a sales and branding tool
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Positive attitude, high energy, and strong work ethic
- Willingness to work weekends
